Hand S.r.l. offers the possibility to carry out:

  

RETURNS for failed products to be replaced;
WITHDRAWAL;
REPLACEMENTS of the same items with different sizes / colors.
  

Items purchased on handsrl.com may be replaced provided they are in perfect condition and / or in the same condition in which they were received on delivery. The articles must be returned within the strict deadline of 14 (FOURTEEN) working days from the date of delivery and also that they are still available in the company stock within and in compliance with the following indications:

  

IMPORTANT: The return procedure can only be made by Registered Customers, so if you have placed the Quick Order or directly through Paypal you must first send an email to: ordinihand@gmail.com to be transformed into a Registered Customer. In the moment in which we will process your request you will receive at the address you provided when ordering the data of the Login with a Temporary Password that you can then modify from the Settings in "My Personal Data".

  

PROCEDURE:

  

After logging in to the Customer Area click on "History and Order Details"
Then click on the relevant order number and then click on "Details"
Scroll down and check the Product to be returned and its quantity.
Further down "Write the Reason for Return" and click on "MAKE A RETURN NOTE"
Now you can follow the Return procedure in the Customer Area by clicking on "Returning My Goods"
Once we have processed the Return Request, the status will change from "Pending confirmation" to "Pending order".
Now you can proceed by printing the Return Note from the Customer Area, inserting it in the package and sending us the Goods.
  

The items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with the original tags and, where applicable, the sanitary protections applied. You have the right to withdraw only in case of products not yet used and completely intact.

  

After checking that the items are in perfect condition and if the procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal is respected by the Customer, Hand S.r.l. will:

in case of WITHDRAWAL with the reimbursement of the amount paid directly on the payment method used in the order phase;
in the event of REPLACEMENT with the shipment of the products chosen for the exchange previously communicated to us.
  

The shipping costs of returning the goods at Hand S.r.l will be charged to the customer.

The shipping costs for sending the replaced product are charged to the Hand S.r.l.

ONLY in case of return of goods damaged or failed at the origin, and only in this case, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by Hand S.r.l.
